Ticketing options for Conservatorium events will be listed on promotional material and the Conservatorium’s website. All tickets will be available at the event (subject to availability) and tickets may be available through Moshtix, at the Conservatorium and/or elsewhere as advised in the event information.

Moshtix

Tickets for some events are available at Reception during office hours (9am-6pm Monday-Friday). Tickets can be purchased using Credit Card, Cheque or Eftpos.

At the door

Tickets to all events are available at the event, subject to availability, with cash only.

Terms and Conditions for tickets:

• Any tickets purchased prior to the event through Moshtix, Foxtix or the Conservatorium office will be held in the purchaser’s name until the event.
• No refunds will automatically be given for any reason. An application should be made to the Events Co-ordinator for a refund or exchange for another event ticket.
• Wollongong Conservatorium of Music reserves the right to change the advertised program as required when musicians are not available. The Conservatorium will have correct and up-to-date information about the time, date, venue and program of events on its website.
• No refunds will be given for tickets purchased at the event unless there are exceptional circumstances and an application for refund is made to the Events Co-ordinator.

Exceptions

Wollongong Conservatorium may issue printed tickets in some cases, particularly in the case of the Subscription Series.  This will be at the discretion of Conservatorium Management and lost tickets cannot be replaced. We offer the option of picking tickets up at the concert to avoid this problem.

Pricing categories:

General

Parents / Concessions – for university or TAFE students, pensioners, concession card holders. This also applies to parents bringing their children to concerts.

Student – For Primary School, Secondary School and Wollongong Conservatorium of Music students.

Family – 2 adults and 2 children. Acceptable variations will be allowed with no more than two adults and no more than four tickets, eg. one adult and three children or Two adults, one student and one aged pensioner, etc.

Children under 10 are welcome to come for free to any ticketed events with a paying adult.

Companion Card

Wollongong Conservatorium of Music is pleased to be affiliated with the Companion Card program.  This fantastic national scheme allows people who require a carer to receive a free ticket for their carer when attending affiliated events.
